1. Following the refund instructions until complete.

2. If the keyword not following the refund instructions, your submission can not be processed. Because all processes use chatbot system.

3. Refund requests can be processed up to the last 5 transactions from the VM machine/ 

     maximum 2 days after transaction.
(please immediately apply for a refund,to make your transaction on last 5 transactions).

Notes:

        1. Digital (Ovo, DANA, gopay, etc.) = maximum 24 hours refund.

        2. Bank (QRIS, debit, credit card) = maximum 2 weeks refund.
